Beeton For Time is a well-established, family catering business run by Dorcas Cresswell and based in Felindre, near Hay-on-Wye in The Brecon Beacons National Park. Beeton For Time have catered for a number of our guests and feedback is second to none.
Dorcas is a professional Cordon Bleu chef and loves to create her own dishes as well as cook traditionally. As well as using ingredients from local Welsh suppliers, Dorcas will often make use of the many fruits, vegetables and salads grown in her own garden.
